Constructed from steel, galvanised and stainless.

The actual tree shaped structure is fabricated out of 3mm (0.12 inch)/10 gauge mild steel plate. All mild steel fabricated surfaces are galvanised, thus reducing the possibility of rusting.

• Mesh display panels = 304 grade stainless steel
• Fixings (nuts/bolts/washers) = A2 grade stainless steel

Diameter – at the extremities of the tree is 2.00 metres/6.56 feet.

Height – from the ground to the top of the finial is 3.2 metres/10.5 feet.

Weight – in the region of 500kg.

Each tree is designed to hold the tree owners required number of leaves. This can be from a tree to hold just 500 leaves, right up to a tree to hold 4, 500 leaves.

The standard display panels are made from 3mm (0.12 inch)/10 gauge 304 stainless steel wire mesh.

To minimise damage during transportation, storage, assembly and day to day use, the trees have been designed and engineered to accept a ‘slide on’ cladding system on outward facing sections.

This allows for repairs/replacement, if any damage to coloured sections occurs, by simply replacing the individual cladding piece.

Cladding is made from a 100% recycled material, white in colour, and is an outdoor grade, UV stable rigid PVC.

Onto the cladding we apply ‘U-pol Raptor Tough Protective Coating’, to make it hard wearing and long lasting.

Raptor (a commercial product) provides the coloured element. We use ‘Leaf Green – RAL 6002’ as standard, but most colours are available.

Our Forever Trees are supplied in our standard green coloured Raptor – RAL 6002 – Leaf Green.

Trees are available in most colours.

We supply each tree with one set of cladding, coated in Raptor. Though a painted or powder coated finish is available, in most colours.

Ground penetration required

The ‘standard design’ tree has a total excavation depth of 150mm/6 inches. This can be increased to any depth, should it be needed.

Zero round penetration required

The tree can also be bolted directly onto a secure, flat surface.

There are many places to attach information or sponsorship display plaques.

Plaques can be; stainless steel, acrylic or our mineral based material (like our leaves) which can all be engraved and colour infilled if needed.

The ground surface areas/finishes around and within the structure must be level and smooth, aiding easy mobility.

There are anti-theft elements on the compact Forever Tree.

These will be explained when ordering, or visiting our demonstration tree.

Outward facing sections of the Compact Forever Tree have a PVC cladding cover.

All PVC cladding covers are coated in hard wearing ‘Raptor’, to take the impact/potential damage caused by pushchairs, mobility aids, etc.

These can be individually replaced if, or when needed.

Application for, and granting of, the appropriate planning consent is the responsibility of the purchasing party, as it will depend upon individual siting within a PUBLIC or PRIVATE location.

Generally speaking, as the compact tree is below four metres total height, we believe planning consent will not be a requirement in most locations.

Order lead times are in the region of six weeks, to manufacture a standard Compact Forever Tree and apply finishing processes, plus installation.

Each Forever Tree is fabricated to quality management system ISO 9001:2015 (UK only).

A Forever Tree comes with a 12 month fabrication manufacturers warranty against workmanship and materials used (a certificate will be supplied). UK only.
